1. Legal Status
NA YACHT SURVEYORS & CONSULTANTS operates as an individual marine surveying and consulting practice based in Greece and issues invoices in compliance with Greek VAT legislation.
2. Engagement and Scope
All services are provided strictly under written quotation, engagement confirmation, or contract. No services are rendered, and no obligations arise, unless confirmed in writing. Surveys are non-invasive and limited to visible and accessible areas at the time of inspection, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
3. Website Content
Website content is provided for general information only and does not constitute technical advice, a professional opinion, or an offer to contract.
4. Reports and Third-Party Reliance
Survey reports are prepared exclusively for the named client and the stated purpose. No third party (including insurers, lenders, brokers, or purchasers) may rely on any report without prior written consent. Unauthorized reliance is expressly excluded.

All fees are exclusive of VAT unless expressly stated. Greek VAT is applied at the applicable statutory rate. Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated therein.
8. Confidentiality
Client information and findings are treated as confidential, subject to legal obligations.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Greek law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Greece.
