Valuation surveys
These surveys are carried out to ascertain the general condition of the vessel and list the main equipment on board to estimate the vessel’s commercial value based on the prevailing yacht market conditions at the time of survey. They take into account the condition of the equipment and any damages and visible repairs.
A report is issued which includes a description of the areas and equipment checked on board
Certificate of valuation
Certificate of valuation (No attendance)
It is a desk evaluation and is based on the information and the documentation provided. A certificate is issued including the vessel’s characteristics and an estimated market value of at the time of instructions between willing buyers and willing sellers.
Certificate of valuation (including one attendance)
A superficial inspection for valuation purposes is carried out to establish the general condition of the vessel. The vessel’s equipment and main documents/certificates are checked and an estimation of the vessel’s value is given.
